Program Description
Our Functional Bodybuilding classes in Santa Monica are comprised of accessory and functional lifts with a focus on coordination and balance. We intentionally move in a slow and controlled manner in these workouts to develop strength under composure. Utilizing single arm/leg movements to address any imbalances that may arise over the course of intense training, we’ll include variations of rows, squats, deadlifts, presses, lunges, holds, and tempo work. You will build muscle, get strong, and continue moving with intention.
Monday classes will focus on the lower body, and Wednesdays will focus on the upper body. Sign up today!
